🔗  Sign in to QPRO+ dashboard

🔗  Log out from QPRO+

  • Click Logout link next to the organization logo from QPRO+ dashboard's sidebar menu.

🔗  Check internet connectivity

  • You can find the internet connectivity indicator above the organization logo from the QPRO+ dashboard's sidebar menu.

🔗  Collapse sidebar

  • Click menu fold icon above internet connectivity indicator from the QPRO+ dashboard's sidebar menu to fold and unfold the sidebar.

🔗  Check which user is signed in

  • You can find currently signed in user's username next to the organization logo from the QPRO+ dashboard's sidebar menu.

Dashboard

🔗  Check units produced

  • Click Dashboard from QPRO+ dashboard's sidebar menu.
  • You can find Units produced under Inventory measures.

🔗  Check warehouse capacity

  • Click Dashboard from QPRO+ dashboard's sidebar menu.
  • You can find Warehouse capacity under Inventory measures.

🔗  Check units shipped

  • Click Dashboard from QPRO+ dashboard's sidebar menu.
  • You can find Units shipped under Inventory measures.

Users

🔗  View all users

  • Click Management from QPRO+ dashboard's sidebar menu.
  • Click Users from management sub-menu.
  • You can find all the users from the Users table.

🔗  Create user

  • Click Management from QPRO+ dashboard's sidebar menu.
  • Click Users from management sub-menu.
  • Click Create button from top-right of users table.
  • Enter user details.
  • Choose user permissions from Permissions picker.
  • Click Create button.

You can set a session Timeout in minutes when you creating or editing a user. The user will be automatically logged out once idle for the timeout you set.

🔗  Edit user

  • Click Management from QPRO+ dashboard's sidebar menu.
  • Click Users from management sub-menu.
  • Click edit action of the user you want to edit from users table.
  • Edit user details.
  • Click Save button.

🔗  Block or unblock user

  • Click Management from QPRO+ dashboard's sidebar menu.
  • Click Users from management sub-menu.
  • Click block or unblock action of the user you want to block or unblock from users table.

The user can not sign in or continue using the platform once blocked.

Categories

🔗  View all categories

  • Click Management from QPRO+ dashboard's sidebar menu.
  • Click Categories from management sub-menu.
  • You can find all the categories from the Categories table.

🔗  Create category

  • Click Management from QPRO+ dashboard's sidebar menu.
  • Click Categories from management sub-menu.
  • Click Create button from top-right of categories table.
  • Enter category details.
  • Click Create button.

🔗  Edit category

  • Click Management from QPRO+ dashboard's sidebar menu.
  • Click Categories from management sub-menu.
  • Click edit action of the category you want to edit from categories table.
  • Edit category details.
  • Click Save button.

🔗  Delete category

  • Click Management from QPRO+ dashboard's sidebar menu.

  • Click delete action of the category you want to delete from categories table.
  • Confirm delete by clicking Yes from the confirmation dialog box.

Locations

🔗  View all locations

  • Click Management from QPRO+ dashboard's sidebar menu.
  • Click Locations from management sub-menu.
  • You can find all the locations from the Locations table.

🔗  Create location

  • Click Management from QPRO+ dashboard's sidebar menu.
  • Click Locations from management sub-menu.
  • Click Create button from top-right of locations table.
  • Enter location details.
  • Click Create button.

🔗  Edit location

  • Click Management from QPRO+ dashboard's sidebar menu.
  • Click Locations from management sub-menu.
  • Click edit action of the location you want to edit from locations table.
  • Edit location details.
  • Click Save button.

🔗  Delete location

  • Click Management from QPRO+ dashboard's sidebar menu.

  • Click delete action of the location you want to delete from locations table.
  • Confirm delete by clicking Yes from the confirmation dialog box.

Contacts

🔗  View all contacts

  • Click Management from QPRO+ dashboard's sidebar menu.
  • Click Contacts from management sub-menu.
  • You can find all the contacts from the Contacts table.

🔗  Create contact

  • Click Management from QPRO+ dashboard's sidebar menu.
  • Click Contacts from management sub-menu.
  • Click Create button from top-right of contacts table.
  • Enter contact details.
  • Choose contact type, customer or vendor from Contact field.
  • Add contact sites' details to Contact sites table.
  • Click Create button.

🔗  Edit contact

  • Click Management from QPRO+ dashboard's sidebar menu.
  • Click Contacts from management sub-menu.
  • Click edit action of the contact you want to edit from contacts table.
  • Edit contact details.
  • Add or delete contact sites from Contact sites table.
  • Click Save button.

🔗  Delete contact

  • Click Management from QPRO+ dashboard's sidebar menu.
  • Click Contacts from management sub-menu.
  • Click delete action of the contact you want to delete from contacts table.
  • Confirm delete by clicking Yes from the confirmation dialog box.

License plates

🔗  View all license plates

  • Click Management from QPRO+ dashboard's sidebar menu.
  • Click License plates from management sub-menu.
  • You can find all the license plates from the License Plates table.

🔗  Upload site license plates

  • Click Management from QPRO+ dashboard's sidebar menu.
  • Click License plates from management sub-menu.
  • Click Upload button from top-right of license plates table.
  • Choose Site from Applicable to checkbox.
  • Upload license plate numbers by clicking License plate numbers upload field.
  • Click Save button.

You can download sample license plate template to prepare the license plate numbers file by clicking helper link below License plate numbers upload field.

Once you upload site license plates, the license plate numbers will be sequentially and automatically assigned to inventories when creating it.

🔗  Upload customer license plates

  • Click Management from QPRO+ dashboard's sidebar menu.
  • Click License plates from management sub-menu.
  • Click Upload button from top-right of license plates table.
  • Choose Customer from Applicable to checkbox.
  • Search and select Customer.
  • Upload license plate numbers by clicking License plate numbers upload field.
  • Click Save button.

Once you upload customer license plates, the license plate numbers will be sequentially and automatically assigned to inventories when creating it if the work order item is associated with the customer.

🔗  Upload customer site license plates

  • Click Management from QPRO+ dashboard's sidebar menu.
  • Click License plates from management sub-menu.
  • Click Upload button from top-right of license plates table.
  • Choose Customer site from Applicable to checkbox.
  • Search and select Customer.
  • Select Customer site.
  • Upload license plate numbers by clicking License plate numbers upload field.
  • Click Save button.

Once you upload customer site license plates, the license plate numbers will be sequentially and automatically assigned to inventories when creating it if the work order item is associated with the customer site.

🔗  Download license plates

  • Click Management from QPRO+ dashboard's sidebar menu.
  • Click License plates from management sub-menu.
  • Click download action of the license plates you want to download from license plates table.

🔗  Delete license plates

  • Click Management from QPRO+ dashboard's sidebar menu.
  • Click License plates from management sub-menu.
  • Click delete action of the license plates you want to delete from license plates table.
  • Confirm delete by clicking Yes from the confirmation dialog box.

Items

🔗  View all items

  • Click Management from QPRO+ dashboard's sidebar menu.
  • Click Items from management sub-menu.
  • You can find all the items from the Items table.

🔗  Create item

  • Click Management from QPRO+ dashboard's sidebar menu.
  • Click Items from management sub-menu.
  • Click Create button from top-right of items table.
  • Enter item details.
  • Add Vendors and Customers.
  • Click Create button.

🔗  Edit item

  • Click Management from QPRO+ dashboard's sidebar menu.

  • Click edit action of the item you want to edit from items table.
  • Edit item details.
  • Add or delete Vendors and Customers.

🔗  Check item's stock on hand

  • Click Inventory from QPRO+ dashboard's sidebar menu.
  • Click Stock on hand from inventory sub-menu.
  • Search and select Item.
  • Click Check button.
  • You can find the stock details from the table below the Export button.

🔗  Export item's stock on hand

  • Click Inventory from QPRO+ dashboard's sidebar menu.
  • Click Stock on hand from inventory sub-menu.
  • Search and select Item.
  • Click Check button.
  • Click Export button once stock details retrieved.

🔗  Search items by location and bin

  • Click Inventory from QPRO+ dashboard's sidebar menu.
  • Click Location search from inventory sub-menu.
  • Select Location.
  • Enter Bin.
  • Click Search button.
  • You can find the items' location details from the table below the Export button.

🔗  Export items by location and bin

  • Click Inventory from QPRO+ dashboard's sidebar menu.
  • Click Location search from inventory sub-menu.
  • Select Location.
  • Enter Bin.
  • Click Search button.
  • Click Export button once location details retrieved.

🔗  View item's pallets

  • Click Inventory from QPRO+ dashboard's sidebar menu.
  • Click Location search from inventory sub-menu.
  • Select Location.
  • Enter Bin.
  • Click Search button.
  • Click view action of the item you want to view pallets from the table once the location details retrieved.
  • You can find the item's pallets details from Details section below Item details.

🔗  Export item's pallets

  • Click Inventory from QPRO+ dashboard's sidebar menu.
  • Click Location search from inventory sub-menu.
  • Select Location.
  • Enter Bin.
  • Click Search button.
  • Click view action of the item you want to export pallets from the table once the location details retrieved.
  • Click Export button from Details section below pallets' details table.

Work orders

🔗  View all work orders

  • Click Production from QPRO+ dashboard's sidebar menu.
  • Click Work orders from production sub-menu.
  • You can find all the work orders from the Work orders table.

🔗  Create work order

  • Click Production from QPRO+ dashboard's sidebar menu.
  • Click Work orders from production sub-menu.
  • Click Create button from top-right of work orders table.
  • Search and select Item code.
  • Enter Line number, Quantity and Production date.
  • Click Create button.

🔗  View work order

  • Click Production from QPRO+ dashboard's sidebar menu.
  • Click Work orders from production sub-menu.
  • Click view action of the work order you want to view from work orders table.

🔗  Edit work order

  • Click Production from QPRO+ dashboard's sidebar menu.
  • Click Work orders from production sub-menu.
  • Click edit action of the work order you want to edit from work orders table.
  • Edit work order details.
  • Click Save button.

🔗  Delete work order

🔗  View all inventories

  • Click Inventories from inventory sub-menu.
  • You can find all the inventories from the Inventories table.

🔗  View all consumed inventories

  • Click Inventory from QPRO+ dashboard's sidebar menu.
  • Click Inventories from inventory sub-menu.
  • Select Consumed from inventory sort selectbox, from top-left of the inventories table.
  • You can find all the consumed inventories from the Inventories table once the data retrieved.

🔗  View all shipped inventories

  • Click Inventory from QPRO+ dashboard's sidebar menu.
  • Click Inventories from inventory sub-menu.
  • Select Shipped from inventory sort selectbox, from top-left of the inventories table.
  • You can find all the shipped inventories from the Inventories table once the data retrieved.

🔗  Create inventory

  • Click Production from QPRO+ dashboard's sidebar menu.
  • Click Create inventory from production sub-menu.
  • Enter inventory details.
  • Search and select Work order.
  • Enter Quantity.
  • Enter optional Reference note.
  • Choose Label type to print.
  • Enter metadata details if has any
  • Click Create button.

🔗  Export inventories

  • Click Inventory from QPRO+ dashboard's sidebar menu.
  • Click Inventories from inventory sub-menu.
  • Choose Start and End date from top-right of inventories table.
  • Click Export button.

🔗  View inventory

  • Click Inventory from QPRO+ dashboard's sidebar menu.
  • Click Inventories from inventory sub-menu.
  • Click view action of the inventory you want to view from inventories table.

🔗  View inventory's geolocation map of transfers

  • Click Inventory from QPRO+ dashboard's sidebar menu.
  • Click Inventories from inventory sub-menu.
  • Click view action of the inventory you want to view the map from inventories table.
  • You can find the transfers geolocation map of the inventory from Location on map section.

🔗  View inventory's cases

  • Click Inventory from QPRO+ dashboard's sidebar menu.
  • Click Inventories from inventory sub-menu.
  • Click view action of the inventory you want to view the cases from inventories table.
  • You can find cases of the inventory from Cases section.

🔗  View inventory's metadata

Metadata are the values of custom addon fields added in the inventory create form.

  • Click Inventory from QPRO+ dashboard's sidebar menu.
  • Click Inventories from inventory sub-menu.
  • Click view action of the inventory you want to view the metadata from inventories table.
  • You can find metadata of the inventory from Metadata section.

🔗  View inventory's history

  • Click Inventory from QPRO+ dashboard's sidebar menu.
  • Click Inventories from inventory sub-menu.
  • Click history action of the inventory you want to view the history from inventories table.

🔗  Print inventory's labels

  • Click Inventory from QPRO+ dashboard's sidebar menu.
  • Click Inventories from inventory sub-menu.
  • Click print action of the inventory you want to print the labels from inventories table.
  • Confirm print by clicking Yes from the confirmation dialog box.

🔗  Rollback inventory's last transaction

  • Click Inventory from QPRO+ dashboard's sidebar menu.
  • Click Inventories from inventory sub-menu.
  • Click rollback action of the inventory you want to rollback the last transaction from inventories table.
  • Confirm rollback by clicking Yes from the confirmation dialog box.

🔗  Delete inventory

  • Click Inventory from QPRO+ dashboard's sidebar menu.
  • Click Inventories from inventory sub-menu.
  • Click delete action of the inventory you want to delete from inventories table.
  • Confirm delete by clicking Delete from the confirmation dialog box.

Cases

🔗  View all standalone cases

  • Click Inventory from QPRO+ dashboard's sidebar menu.
  • Click Standalone cases from inventory sub-menu.
  • You can find all the standalone cases from the Standalone cases table.

🔗  Create standalone cases

  • Click Inventory from QPRO+ dashboard's sidebar menu.
  • Click Standalone Cases from inventory sub-menu.
  • Click Create button from top-right of standalone cases table.
  • Search and select Work order.
  • Enter Quantity.
  • Enter optional Reference note.
  • Click Create button.

🔗  Print standalone case label

  • Click Inventory from QPRO+ dashboard's sidebar menu.
  • Click Standalone cases from inventory sub-menu.
  • Click print action of the standalone case you want to print the label from standalone cases table.

🔗  Case assignment

You can use Case assignment to assign a case to a pallet.

  • Click Production from QPRO+ dashboard's sidebar menu.
  • Click Case assignment from production sub-menu.
  • Scan the target pallet code to Scan pallet code field.
  • Scan the case code you want to assign to the target pallet to Scan case code field.
  • Click Assign button.

🔗  Case transfer to pallet

  • Click Inventory from QPRO+ dashboard's sidebar menu.
  • Click Case transfer from inventory sub-menu.
  • Scan the source pallet code to Scan source pallet code field.
  • Scan the target pallet code to Scan target pallet code field.
  • Scan the case code you want to transfer from source pallet to target pallet to Scan case code field.
  • Click Transfer button.

You can find available cases on source pallet once you scanned source pallet code to Scan source pallet code field.

🔗  Quantity transfer to case

  • Click Inventory from QPRO+ dashboard's sidebar menu.
  • Click Quantity transfer from inventory sub-menu.
  • Scan the source case code to Scan source case code field.
  • Scan the target case code to Scan target case code field.
  • Enter the quantity you want to transfer from source case to target case to Quantity field.
  • Click Transfer button.

You can find available quantities on source case from Item section once you scanned source case code to Scan source case code field.

Pallets

🔗  View all bare pallets

  • Click Inventory from QPRO+ dashboard's sidebar menu.
  • Click Bare Pallets from inventory sub-menu.
  • You can find all the bare pallets from the Bare Pallets table once the data retrieved.

🔗  Create bare pallet

Bare pallet is a pallet that has no cases assigned yet.

  • Click Inventory from QPRO+ dashboard's sidebar menu.
  • Click Bare Pallets from inventory sub-menu.
  • Click Create button from top-right of bare pallets table.
  • Search and select Item.
  • Click Create button.

🔗  Pallets transfer to a location

  • Click Inventory from QPRO+ dashboard's sidebar menu.
  • Click Transfer from inventory sub-menu.
  • Scan the pallet codes you want to transfer to Scan pallet code field one by one.
  • You can preview the pallet details once scanned the pallet.
  • Verify the inventories listed in the preview table.
  • Click delete action of the pallet if you want to delete a scanned pallet from the table.
  • Select the target Location.
  • Enter Bin.
  • Click Transfer button.

🔗  Pallets bulk transfer to a location

  • Click Inventory from QPRO+ dashboard's sidebar menu.
  • Click Bulk transfer from inventory sub-menu.
  • Upload inventory list by clicking Inventory list upload field.
  • You can preview the pallet details once the upload completed.
  • Verify the inventories listed in the preview table.
  • Click delete action of the pallet if you want to delete a pallet from the table.
  • Select the target Location.
  • Enter Bin.
  • Click Transfer button.

🔗  Check pallet details

  • Click Inventory from QPRO+ dashboard's sidebar menu.
  • Click Pallet details from inventory sub-menu.
  • Scan the pallet code you want to view details to Scan pallet code field.
  • Click Search button.
  • You can find the pallet details from a table below Scan pallet code field once the data retrieved.

Ship orders

🔗  View all ship orders

  • Click Shipping from QPRO+ dashboard's sidebar menu.
  • Click Ship orders from shipping sub-menu.
  • You can find all the ship orders from the Ship orders table.

🔗  Create ship order

  • Click Shipping from QPRO+ dashboard's sidebar menu.
  • Click Ship orders from shipping sub-menu.
  • Click Create button from top-right of ship orders table.
  • Search and select item from Item field, enter quantity of the item to Quantity field and click Add button to add an item.
  • Search and select customer from Customer field.
  • Select customer site from Site field.
  • Enter ship order details.
  • Enter optional note to Note field.
  • Click Create button.

🔗  View ship order

  • Click Shipping from QPRO+ dashboard's sidebar menu.
  • Click Ship orders from shipping sub-menu.
  • Click view action of the ship order you want to view from ship orders table.
  • You can find ship order and it's items details once the date retrieved.

🔗  View ship order pallets

Ship order pallet is a pallet shipped using that ship order.

  • Click Shipping from QPRO+ dashboard's sidebar menu.
  • Click Ship orders from shipping sub-menu.
  • Click pallets action (after view action) of the ship order you want to view pallets from ship orders table.
  • You can find all the ship order pallets once the date retrieved.

🔗  Export ship order pallets

  • Click Shipping from QPRO+ dashboard's sidebar menu.
  • Click Ship orders from shipping sub-menu.
  • Click pallets action (after view action) of the ship order you want to export pallets from ship orders table.
  • Click Export button from top-right of ship order pallets table.

🔗  Print ship order pallets

  • Click Shipping from QPRO+ dashboard's sidebar menu.
  • Click Ship orders from shipping sub-menu.
  • Click pallets action (after view action) of the ship order you want to print pallets from ship orders table.
  • Click Print button from top-right of ship order pallets table.

🔗  Delete ship order pallet

  • Click Shipping from QPRO+ dashboard's sidebar menu.
  • Click Ship orders from shipping sub-menu.
  • Click pallets action (after view action) of the ship order you want to delete pallet from ship orders table.
  • Click delete action of the pallet you want to delete from ship order pallets table.
  • Confirm delete by clicking Yes from the confirmation dialog box.

  • Add, edit or delete ship order items.

  • Click delete action of the ship order you want to delete from ship orders table.
  • Confirm delete by clicking Yes from the confirmation dialog box.

Ship

🔗  Pick to ship

  • Click Shipping from QPRO+ dashboard's sidebar menu.
  • Click Ship from shipping sub-menu.
  • Search and select ship order from Ship order field.
  • Scan pallet code to Scan item code field.
  • Uncheck Auto pick to ship.
  • Click Pick to ship button.

🔗  Auto pick to ship

  • Click Shipping from QPRO+ dashboard's sidebar menu.
  • Click Ship from shipping sub-menu.
  • Search and select ship order from Ship order field.
  • Choose Auto pick to ship.
  • Scan pallet code to Scan item code field.

The ship record will be created automatically because Auto pick to ship is turned on once the pallet code is scanned to Scan item code field.

Bills of Lading

🔗  View all bills of lading

  • Click Shipping from QPRO+ dashboard's sidebar menu.
  • Click Bills of lading from shipping sub-menu.
  • You can find all the bills of lading from the Bills of lading table.

🔗  Export bills of lading

  • Click Shipping from QPRO+ dashboard's sidebar menu.
  • Click Bills of lading from shipping sub-menu.
  • Click Export button from top-right of bills of lading table.

🔗  Generate and print bill of lading

  • Click Shipping from QPRO+ dashboard's sidebar menu.
  • Click Bills of lading from shipping sub-menu.
  • Click generate action of the bill of lading you want to generate and print from bills of lading table.
  • Enter bill of lading details.
  • Enter optional note to Note field.
  • Sign on optional Ship supervisor signature box.
  • Sign on optional Driver signature box.
  • Verify items details from table above Generate button.
  • Click Generate button.

Purchase orders

🔗  View all purchase orders

  • Click Receiving from QPRO+ dashboard's sidebar menu.
  • Click Purchase orders from receiving sub-menu.
  • You can find all the purchase orders from the Purchase orders table.

🔗  Create purchase order

  • Click Receiving from QPRO+ dashboard's sidebar menu.
  • Click Purchase orders from receiving sub-menu.
  • Click Enter button from top-right of purchase orders table.
  • Enter purchase order details.
  • Search and select Vendor.
  • Select Vendor site.
  • Click Create button.

🔗  Import purchase orders

  • Click Receiving from QPRO+ dashboard's sidebar menu.
  • Click Purchase orders from receiving sub-menu.
  • Click Import button from top-right of purchase orders table.
  • Upload purchase orders by clicking Purchase orders upload field.
  • You can preview the purchase orders details once the upload completed.

  • Click Import button.

Receivings

🔗  Create inter-ship receiving

Inter-ship receiving is receiving from your organization's another site.

  • Click Receiving from QPRO+ dashboard's sidebar menu.
  • Click Receivings from receiving sub-menu.
  • Click Create button from top-right of receivings table.
  • Enter receiving details.
  • Choose Inter ship.
  • Search and select Purchase order.
  • Scan Pallet.
  • Enter optional Reference note.
  • Click Create button.

🔗  Create third-party receiving

Third-party receiving is receiving from third-party site, not from your organization's another site.

  • Click Receiving from QPRO+ dashboard's sidebar menu.
  • Click Receivings from receiving sub-menu.
  • Click Create button from top-right of receivings table.
  • Enter receiving details.
  • Search and select Purchase order.
  • Select Item.
  • Enter Quantity.
  • Enter optional Reference note.
  • Choose Print pallet only if you want to print pallet labels only without case labels.
  • Click Create button.

🔗  View receiving

  • Click Receiving from QPRO+ dashboard's sidebar menu.

  • Click Receiving from QPRO+ dashboard's sidebar menu.
  • Click Receivings from receiving sub-menu.
  • Click view action of the receiving you want to view the map from receivings table.
  • You can find the transfers geolocation map of the receiving from Location on map section.

🔗  View receiving's cases

  • Click Receiving from QPRO+ dashboard's sidebar menu.
  • Click Receivings from receiving sub-menu.
  • Click view action of the receiving you want to view the cases from receivings table.
  • You can find cases of the receiving from Cases section.

🔗  View receiving's metadata

Metadata are the values of custom addon fields added in the receiving form.

  • Click Receiving from QPRO+ dashboard's sidebar menu.
  • Click Receivings from receiving sub-menu.
  • Click view action of the receiving you want to view the metadata from receivings table.
  • You can find metadata of the receiving from Metadata section.

🔗  View receiving's history

  • Click Receiving from QPRO+ dashboard's sidebar menu.
  • Click Receivings from receiving sub-menu.
  • Click history action of the receiving you want to view the history from receivings table.

🔗  Print receiving's labels

  • Click Receiving from QPRO+ dashboard's sidebar menu.
  • Click Receivings from receiving sub-menu.
  • Click print action of the receiving you want to print the labels from receivings table.
  • Confirm print by clicking Yes from the confirmation dialog box.

🔗  Rollback receiving's last transaction

  • Click Receiving from QPRO+ dashboard's sidebar menu.
  • Click Receivings from receiving sub-menu.
  • Click rollback action of the receiving you want to rollback the last transaction from receivings table.
  • Confirm rollback by clicking Yes from the confirmation dialog box.

🔗  Delete receiving

  • Click Receiving from QPRO+ dashboard's sidebar menu.
  • Click Receivings from receiving sub-menu.
  • Click delete action of the receiving you want to delete from receivings table.
  • Confirm delete by clicking Delete from the confirmation dialog box.

Pack traces

🔗  View all pack traces

  • Click Production from QPRO+ dashboard's sidebar menu.
  • Click Pack traces from production sub-menu.
  • You can find all the pack traces from the Pack traces table.

🔗  Create pack trace

  • Click Production from QPRO+ dashboard's sidebar menu.
  • Click Pack trace from production sub-menu.
  • Search and select Work order.
  • Enter Line number.
  • Scan Bundles and then Case.

The pack trace create session of a pallet will start once the first case scanned.

You can click the Reset button from top-right corner of the pack trace create form to reset the bundles' and case's fields.

And also you can click Start new session to start a new pallet session.

🔗  Export pack traces

  • Click Production from QPRO+ dashboard's sidebar menu.
  • Click Pack traces from production sub-menu.
  • Choose Start and End date from top-right of pack traces table.
  • Click Export button.

🔗  View pack trace

  • Click Production from QPRO+ dashboard's sidebar menu.
  • Click Pack traces from production sub-menu.
  • Click view action of the pack trace you want to view from pack traces table.

Label traces

🔗  Create label trace

  • Click Production from QPRO+ dashboard's sidebar menu.
  • Click Label trace from production sub-menu.
  • Search and select Work order.
  • Enter Line number and Scan barcode.

You can find pending and processed label traces counts from Status section. The last 20 scanned label traces will be listed in Progress section.

Reports

🔗  Preview and export inventories report

  • Click Report from QPRO+ dashboard's sidebar menu.
  • Click Inventory from report sub-menu.
  • Choose date rage from Choose date field.
  • Select inventory status from Status field.
  • Select location from optional Location field.
  • Search and select item from optional Item field.
  • Choose Include history if you want to include inventory histories in the report.
  • Click Preview button to preview the report.
  • Click Export button to export the report.

  • Click Report from QPRO+ dashboard's sidebar menu.
  • Click Pack trace from report sub-menu.
  • Choose date rage from Choose date field.
  • Search and select item from optional Item field.
  • Click Preview button to preview the report.

  • Enter LPN to optional LPN field.
  • Click Preview button to preview the report.
  • Click Export button to export the report.
